It's very straightforward. You access the internet, you login to the secure admin are of your new website and using the intuitive Zebra CMS software you have immediate access to all of the above facilities.

The package gives you a basic five-page website: a home page, contact us page, caravan holiday booking page, availability page and links page.

What will your website look like?

Zebra Caravan Booking Software comes with three pre-designed templates for you to choose from - so there's no need for additional design fees. If you like our templates and would like to add your own pictures we can do that for you as well.

If you already have a website that your happy with, then we can incorporate the 'look and feel' into your new solution. If you don't already have a website, then once you've decided on a domain name (the name for your website) and this is registered your solution can be activated immediately. Either way, we can have you up and running within a matter of days.

Using the information…

You will also be able to download your sales /bookings data and import it into Microsoft Access or Excel. Once this data is captured it opens opportunities for you to be able to generate mail-merged documents, print address labels and generally keep in touch with your clients very easily.

A plug-in for Sage Line50 is also available so that you can export financial data directly to this accounts package.

Who visits your Website..?

Your solution includes tracking software which lets you see how much visitor activity there has been on your site, including daily and monthly web site hits and the length of time they been on the site.

What will it cost..?

There are deposit for the caravan booking software, plus month fee depending on number of caravans. No hidden costs or no commissions fees based on bookings. The price you pay depends solely on the number of caravans that you want to advertise on your site.
